If (free video games) You Sell It, They Will Come!

By Kristi Ambrose

Auction sites have been around for several years, but still the top site has been and probably always will be eBay. This is for good reason! Not only can you buy and sell on ebay, but you can also find anything you want on there, for more than a 1/4 less than you will find anywhere else. It doesn’t matter what the product is it could be a vitamin. It could be a DVD player. It can be a car. You will find it cheaper on eBay than any other site. Just yesterday I was on eBay I was looking up brand-new laptops. And I found several ones on there where the box hadn’t even been opened and it cost like $200. You really cant beat that period.

A lot of people will appreciate the prices they find on eBay, but they don’t understand why they are so low. Well here’s a little secret, the people that are selling expensive products for low prices are usually wholesalers. What they do is they buy the product as a bulk item from a drop shipper for X amount of dollars (which is usually cheap) in then the seller takes the product and sells it on eBay and he can sell it cheap because he still making a profit. But he doesn’t need to charge the same amount that say, BestBuy or Sears charges. He doesnt necassarily care about prices. He cares about selling the bulk lot he bought, as well as making a profit.

This is a great thing for YOU the buyer, because you can buy a brand new Toshiba laptop that just came out a month ago, that sells in BestBuy for $1500 and get it on ebay for $500. A lot of these products also come from places other than the USA, they come directly from the country the product is made. Of course your going to have to pay a lot for shipping and handling if its coming from some place like Japan for instance, but $500 for the product plus $100 for shipping and handling, doesnt even compare to the price you would have to pay in a brand name department store, chain store, or anywhere else for that matter.

Ebay offers all sorts of product categories, heres a few just to keep you interested and then when your done reading this you can check out the link below and see what else they offer.

and more!

I only use this slogan once in a blue moon, but with this it really is true so I feel the need to say it. If you cant find it on ebay, then you dont need it. Simple as that. It doesnt matter if its old or new, big or small, cheap or expensive in the real world, you can find it on ebay if your looking for the right words to use. Most things are organized nicely and are in the right categories, but if you cant find what your looking for you can try one of two things. Use google and look for the product and end it with “ebay” with out quote marks, or use ebays search engine system thats directly on the site.

The Hands Free Law For Cell Phones And Your State
By Jerry Glynn

If you are a cell phone user, and who isn’t nowadays, you are undoubtedly aware of the hands free law concerning mobile phones. What you may be unclear about is just how these new cell phone laws directly impact you.

Five states, California, New Jersey, Connecticut, New York, and Washington state currently have enacted laws that prohibit talking on handheld cellular phones while driving. Washington DC, and the Virgin Islands currently have the same laws enacted, and with the exception of Washington State, these laws are considered primary enforcement. This means that an officer can ticket a driver for using a wireless phone while driving whether or not any other traffic offenses have taken place. In other words, you can be pulled over and ticketed just for talking on your phone while driving, which is why most people would rather be on the safe side and have purchased or are planning on purchasing hands free cell phone accessories.

In terms of text messaging, there are four states, Alaska, Minnesota, New Jersey, and Washington State that have enacted a text messaging ban for all drivers, regardless of age. Seventeen states and the District of Columbia, or Washington DC, restrict cell phone use of all types by novice, or under aged drivers. In some cities, such as Detroit and Phoenix have individual cell phone laws, while other states have preemptive laws prohibiting local jurisdictions from passing such laws.

Other states, like New Hampshire and Utah consider cellphone us to be under the umbrella of general distracted driving issues. In Utah, talking on a cell phone while driving is only considered to be an offense if the driver is also committing another violation. The good news is that no state completely restricts mobile phone usage. Some states currently have no restrictions at all on cellular phone use, including Indiana. This is likely to change though, as more and more local governments recognize the dangers of hand held wireless phone usage.

Remember that these laws may have changed since this information was updated, so be sure to check with your individual state. Even if your state does not have a hands free law in place, you should consider your own safety and that of your passengers and other drivers and purchase a hands free cell phone accessory. They are convenient, easy to use, and might just save your life.
